Capabilities

Every specification sheet we issue carries a blank customer name field. These devices are designed from the outset to be built under someone else’s brand.

Sequence

Enquiry to production

  • Enquiry — target model, annual volume, destination market
  • Quotation — pricing, lead time and a written customisation summary, normally within a working day
  • Sampling — built to the agreed specification, so what you evaluate matches production
  • Tooling — housing, colour, fabric, packaging and firmware finalised
  • Production — function-tested on our lines, packed to your carton spec

Variables

What you can change

Six dimensions, all of them yours.

  • Housing colour, surface finish and full cloth wrap
  • Eye-mask leather, fabric, strap and airbag materials
  • Retail carton, inserts, manuals and master carton spec
  • Firmware voice prompts, re-recorded in your language
  • Logo placement on housing, strap and packaging
  • Default mode, timer length and intensity mapping

Quick quote

MOQ, samples and lead times

The numbers most buyers ask for first. Confirmed per programme, because they move with model, finish and packaging — but this is the shape of the answer.

  • Minimum orderto be confirmed; lower for a standard model in an existing colour, higher where tooling changes
  • Sampleto be confirmed; built to the agreed specification so it matches production
  • Sample lead timeto be confirmed
  • Production lead time — two to four weeks after order confirmation for stocked configurations; custom packaging and firmware add roughly two weeks
  • Logo printing — minimum to be confirmed
  • Custom retail packaging — minimum to be confirmed
  • Carton quantity — 6, 12 or 20 per carton depending on model; see the comparison table. It drives freight cost per unit more than unit price does at volume

Tell us the model, the annual volume and the destination market and the exact figures come back with the quotation, normally within one working day. We would rather give you a number we can hold to than a range you have to re-ask about.

Positioning

Why the end customer buys it

Specifications win the sourcing decision. These win the listing, the packaging copy and the ad. Every one of them is a capability on this page, said the way a shopper hears it.

  • Sleep — a heat-and-pressure programme with a timer that switches itself off
  • Screen fatigue — the everyday complaint the category is bought for, and the reason it sells year round rather than seasonally
  • Hot and cold in one device — genuine semiconductor cooling on the A9 and A9 LED, which very few competitors offer at any price
  • Quiet enough to use beside someone — 52dB at 30cm on the A9, published per model rather than claimed
  • Folds flat for travel — and charges over the same Type-C cable as everything else in the bag
  • Music and hands-free calls — the feature that moves the device from appliance to gadget
  • Gift-ready — retail carton, insert and manual are all part of the customisation, and this is a category that sells hard at gifting peaks

Limits

What stays fixed

The electronics platform, airbag geometry and heating assembly carry the certifications. Changing them means re-certifying — possible, but that is a tooling programme, not a customisation. We will tell you which side of that line your request falls on before you commit.
