Nine documents, reproduced whole rather than summarised as a row of logos. Issuing body, reference number, date and scope are printed beside each one, and where a public register exists we link straight to it — so you can check these without asking us for anything.

Component evidence
The cell inside them.
These belong to Dongguan Aotai Digital Technology, who make the 1200mAh lithium cell we build in — not to us. They are published because a buyer importing a battery-powered device is asked for them, and because it is better to show whose documents they are than to imply they are ours.

Reading these
What each one is, and is not
- FCC — two grants of equipment authorisation, one per radio platform. Both FCC IDs are public: look up 2AZKH-KAISUM and 2AZKH-H1 in the FCC database rather than taking ours for it.
- FDA — an establishment registration and device listing, renewed for fiscal 2026. The FDA does not certify or approve devices in this class, and nobody can hand you a certificate saying it does. Registration is what exists, and this is it.
- ISO 9001:2015 — a management system certification covering the design and production of head, eye and neck massagers. It says how we build, not what any individual device is cleared for.
- CE — EMC and Low Voltage Directive certificates. Both were issued against the head-massager platform and name the models they cover on their face.
- RoHS — two certificates of conformity, one for the eye range and one for the head range, each listing its own model numbers.
- SGS-CSTC audit — an on-site third-party verification of the company and the premises. A factory audit, not a product test.
Coverage
Read the model list, not the logo
Every certificate above names the models it applies to. A mark on a factory’s home page tells you nothing; the model list on the certificate tells you everything.
If the model or market you need is not named on one of these nine documents, it is not published here. Ask by model number and destination and you will get the certificate, the test report, or a straight answer that it does not exist yet and what testing it would take. How certification maps to markets covers the wider position.
