What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the model and how much customisation you need. Low for a standard model in existing colours; higher for custom tooling. Tell us your target volume and we will give you a straight answer rather than a range. MOQ, samples and lead times sets out what moves the number.
How long is the lead time?
Two to four weeks after order confirmation for stocked configurations. Custom packaging and firmware add roughly two weeks. New tooling is a longer programme we schedule with you.
Can I put my own brand on the device?
Yes — that is the normal arrangement. Housing colour, materials, packaging, logo placement and firmware voice prompts can all be changed.
Can you change the voice prompts and language?
Yes. Power-on, shutdown, low-battery and Bluetooth prompts can be re-recorded in your language and wording.
Which certifications do the products hold?
FDA establishment registration, FCC equipment authorisation, CE, RoHS and an SGS factory audit, with ISO 9001:2015 for the management system. Devices are built to GB 4706.1-2005 and GB 4706.10-2008. Every certificate is on the certificates page, and the FCC IDs can be looked up in the FCC’s own database without asking us.
Can I order samples first?
Yes, and we recommend it. Samples ship once the specification is agreed, so what you evaluate matches what you receive.
Which model should I choose?
KS-3700 for volume programmes with several SKUs on shared tooling. A9 for shelf differentiation, with semiconductor cooling. A8 for health positioning, with optional heart-rate and blood-oxygen sensing. Compare every model.
Do you supply neck and shoulder massagers?
